It was the first grade, kindergarden and pre-k concert this week.

The first grade kindergarden and pre-k had a concert and rehursal this week.                  

They were  cute and great.                                                                                                                              

Ms. Bickford and MS. Muran  tought all of the kids the songs so thank you to them. It was a great concert and I hope they loved it as much as we did. Some of the songs I bet people remembered from  when we were little. I hope you loved the concert.

One of the fourth grade teachers was in the war and he had his class do a presentation and one of my friends did it. 

Cool drawings for our stories!

Yesterday we did awesome drawings for our realistic fiction  stories.

First we did something called a thumbnail drawing, then we started our final drafts, we worked on

doing shading, instead of color and it was hard some people did good! We continued today, and most of us finished. Some people did their drawing close up, far away, and from the side.

We are reading books by Chris van Allsburg 

Every day  (mostly ) .  The last was the sweetest fig.

It is about a man who is a dentist and instead of getting paid money he got  two figs from a old lady and they made his dreams come true. In each of Chris van Allsburg's books has a dog hidden somewhere in a picture. This week we are either watching  The polar express or Zathora. We each get to pick witch one we watch!

Third and fourth grade concert "a knight to remember " by NICO and THE AMAZING CONNOR

This Friday is  the third and fourth grade concert. The concert

is called a knight to remember .  Today we had our first rehearsal.

The main characters are played by Aiden Anderson and Kate Goble.

Yesterday was the first and second grade dress rehearsal the whole school was there. 

It was a concert about weather around America.  They had kids come up to the microphone 

to tell what weather they were going to talk / sing about. It was  fun to watch. Today was the concert.
